Weight is 18.6 ounces on my postal scale. The side panels are more like 6” across and the back panel is 10” wide at the top, tapering to 9” at the bottom and 16.5” tall. The top zipper is 13” long, but there are little horns at the corners that I wouldn’t include as cargo space and would clear any test box.
